In 2025 we brewed 25 different beers. From monthly one-off specials to flagship repeats, there’s no core range, but some are brewed a lot more often than others. These are those beers.
Little Lady
3.6% West Coast Session
Citrus grapefruit and passionfruit flavour with resiny tropical hop character. Dank, hoppy bitterness at a super sessionable strength. Loaded with Citra, Strata, & Chinook hops.
Out of Scope III
4.1% Session Pale
Amarillo and Vic’s Secret hops unleash stone fruit citrus, peach and pineapple flavours over a light non-regenerative biscuity malt bed.
MòR Ish!
4.2% Caledonian IPA
American style IPA delivering strong grapefruit citrus hop character. Crystal malt sweetness adds depth and body to balance the hoppy bitterness. A big easy drinking Craft IPA.
Green Lady
4.6% West Coast IPA
Dank, hoppy and bitter. Sweet citrus grapefruit flavour with resiny tropical hop character on a strong malty backbone. Packed with Citra, Strata & Chinook hops.
Circles
4.6% Citrus Pale
Mandarin and peach from New Zealand’s Wai-Iti hops merge seamlessly with the citrusy Zest of orange and lemon fruit. Light, Aromatic and Smooth Pale.
Winchman
5.0% XPA
Xtra fruity, Xtra juicy, Xtra soft malts. Meet Winchman. Hero of the skies. Ready to airlift you out of a sea of mediocrity. Full on, all hop IPA wrapped up as a no nonsense Pale Ale.
Songs of Haze
5.2% Hazy IPA
New England styled hazy IPA brewed with extra soft creamy oats. Maxed out with Solero tropical hop flavour explosion of mango and passionfruit, with a balanced light bitterness.
Auld Smokey
5.6% Smoked Porter
Beech smoked malt melds with chocolate and dark caramel malts delivering a smooth silky smokiness akin to roasted coffee and toasted nuts.
Twice The Lady
5.6% India Pale Ale
Resinous pine, sweet grapefruit and tropical citrus hops. A bitter hoppy double IPA with rich Munich malts. This is one juiced-up Westy! DDH Citra, Strata, Chinook & Simcoe.
Heavy Flex
6.0% Scotch Ale
American Columbus hops juxtapose herbal, spicy, gentle citrus aromas against rich dark malts conjuring dried plum and raisin with nutty chocolate notes in a dark-copper pour.
Big Ish!
6.2% Double IPA
Bittersweet and loaded with resinous grapefruit hops. Backed up with a full-bodied pale copper rich malt base. What’s the matter neipaboy, scared of a little bitterness?
Bothy Blether
6.5% Wee Heavy
Rich dried fruit, roast coffee and treacle notes with sherry character. Subtle peppery bitterness masked by the complex blend of dark malts.
